Hello All,
I am wondering if anyone else is having a problem getting offers from Generous Genie to credit. I am somewhat new to this, but most of my other email and zip code submits (Like Brand-A-rama and Hotgiftszone) have been crediting about 75% of the time.
Out of 90-100 Generous Genie offers that I have submitted and have shown up as “Pending”, only 2 have reached “Credited” status. I always play by the rules and use the below forum advice. I have never been “Denied” an Generous Genie offer, but these offers get put back into the queue and can usually be submitted again (in about a day or two.)
If anyone can look at the following steps that I do for completing Generous Genie offers, and see if I am missing anything, it would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Heidi
STEPS TO COMPLETE ALL OFFERS:
1.) I run Symantec Antivirus ver 9, Spybot Search & Destroy ver 1.4 and CC Cleaner ver 1.4 every morning prior to start.
2.) I exclusively use Internet Explorer ver 6 (updated for XP SP2.)
3.) I make sure my settings in Internet Explorer are as follows:
4.) I clear the Web Browser Cache in Internet Explorer by:
5.) Clean out Cookies by running CC Cleaner (twice) to make sure all cookies have been removed.
6.) I then log into the GPT Site and find some Generous Genie offers to complete.
7.) I then run steps 4 & 5 again prior to starting any offer.
8.) I start filling out the offer (using totally different emails) and complete at least the first 5 pages (sometimes all the way to the end.)
9.) I minimize the page (but do not close it) and wait 3-4 minutes.
10.) I check the my computer cookie folder to make sure that a Generous Genie cookie is present during the wait period.

(Note:Your cookie folder may be different per operating system.)
11.) I then close the page and repeat steps 4 & 5 again prior to starting the next offer.
