So I have 2 referrals here. How do I go about contacting them to offer encouragement, etc? I've never had a referral before.

Hi, thanks for joining us, and congrats on the referrals!!
If you click on the link that says 'Your Referrals' you can see the usernames of the people under you, and you can also check if there are other people signed up under your level 1 referrals by clicking on the 'View Downline' box and changing it to level 2 or level 3.
Then, you can go to 'Inbox' and click on 'Create a Message'. Pick who you would like the message to go to, if their username doesn't show up in the drop-down box you can type in their username in the box below that. Fill in the subject and type up a message and hit the 'send' button and the person it was sent to will receive it in their inbox. They can respond back to you thru the inbox or you can include your email if you want them to contact you outside of the site.
